From no experience to one year experience. The structured introductory programme will build up your confidence and skills to proceed to experienced level. Antenatal students - no experience needed, from 14 weeks until birth. After your baby is born, from around 8 weeks after birth, the beginners classes are an ideal way to regain your fitness.
Normally, at least one years experience. Students are competent with introductory level asanas and go on to improve their practice of these and learn higher level exercises.
Normally, at least two years experience. Students are competent with a wide range of asanas, including head stand and shoulder stand and continue to refine and advance their practice.
No experience needed to very experienced. This class will target particular problem areas for men such as stiff backs and knee injuries as well as contributing to general fitness and wellbeing.
No experience needed. Targets your particular health need or physical constraints.
